Here’s How You Can Help

Our shifts meet every other Thursday from 2 pm to 4 pm & every other Sunday from 1 pm to 3 pm. If you are interested in volunteering with us, please text to 314.517.7746 for the Thursday shift.  You can sign up for Sunday shifts by clicking on the following link: https://signup.com/go/AJmcyFG

Below are additional volunteer opportunities:

• Needed: Someone to take books to Half Price Books. When we receive books that we can’t send to our readers, we sell them at HPB. We are looking for someone who can sell for us once or twice a month, depending on volume. Scheduled independently. Must be 18 or older nd have a car available. Each run takes around 90 minutes–from getting books from our collection at the World Community Center, to being finished at HPB. At HPB the clerks check our books while we wait. We then receive a sales slip that we exchange for cash at the register. This cash is then deposited into our bank account and supports our overall operations.
