Send us a letter to receive books

If you are incarcerated in the Midwest, write to us to request books be sent to you. Send your book requests by USPS mail only. We cannot accept email requests. Please note that we are currently not able to send books into Missouri prisons.

We can fill requests for books by topics (mysteries, drawing, religion, construction, health, etc) but not requests for specific book titles.

Refer to our Topic List to choose your books.

Due to an increase in postal rates we need to limit our services at this time (January 2024). We currently can only respond to two of your requests per calendar year though we still send up to three books per package to you.

    1. Hi Megan,

      A request has to come via regular USPS mail to us from an inmate at a prison facility including doc no and address of prison.
      After we receive the request we’ll get books ready to be sent to that facility. In Farmington that would be the FCC.
